Calling organization to win a private-public educational marketing contract

USDIBS (United States Districts Implementing the Betterment Stimulus) is seeking an Educational Marketing Organization (EMO) to provide solutions for the first year startup beta phase to assist in facilitating individual and/or organization registration of new economy services. The EMO needs to: 1) enable USA Heads of Households (HOH) and Independent Members (IM) to understand their new Universe Statutory Obligations (USOs), and 2) enable HOHs and IMs to access both traditional registration (at zero cost) and accelerated access registration (at a cost).  Your contract includes a share percentage of revenue and may include pre-IPO stock from the partner organization hosting the user App which individuals and organizations will utilize. Solutions must be configured to meet USDIBS specific requirements. Organizations with an active SAM number and a history of successful private and government contracting will have an advantage of winning the procurement contract. There will be an option for a contract extension past year one with acceptable EMO performance. Launch window is November 2023. Responses are due by 10-13-2023 at 1:00PM EST at usdibs.us/procurement
