calling contractors to win a private-public saas contract

USDIBS (United States Districts Implementing the Betterment Stimulus) is seeking capable Contractors to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the first year startup beta phase with an Intellectual Property firm who has been awarded with a long term service contract facilitating new economy services and is in the pre-IPO (Initial Public Offering) phase. The SaaS solution needs to allow multi-directional communication between USA Heads of Households (HOH) and Independent Members (IM) and the central database via an app (iphone, android and website applications). Solutions must be configured to meet USDIBS specific requirements. The solution must coordinate the lifecycle of account activation, certificate process, including housing ongoing metrics and standards, entry of audit findings, responses to non-conformances, uploading of supporting documentation, monies owed from the funding database, user and dependents entry and management, and workflow process. Contractors with an active SAM number and a history of successful private and/or government contracting will have an advantage of winning the procurement contract. There will be an option for a contract extension past year one with acceptable SaaS performance. Responses are due by 9-29-2023 at 1:00PM EST at usdibs.us/procurement
