License options now available (limited availablity) to organizations (small to large) qualified to receive revenues related to universE staTUTORY oBLIGATIONs (USOS) expansion

USDIBS (United States Districts Implementing the Betterment Stimulus) is offering contracts to Organizations interested and qualified to assist in the public educational process of the currently private Assurances Systems Act / statues. There is an option for a contract extension past the licensee's initial 6 month license, with acceptable performance.
