A number of board members are chaired to work as the USDIBS organization remotely on agenda items such as:
Through your service as a board member, you receive private pre-IPO stock in VOWAS.org and other incentives such as:
Current, active board members in their first year are earning seven or eight figure per year stock compensation packages with us. With good performance (at least an 80% Performance or Effective Rating) through your first twelve weeks, you have the opportunity to progress from a starting associate level stock earning role to a board level stock earning role which includes larger stock options.
One of the reasons the stock package is larger than the norm is to enable more individuals to earn sufficient discretionary income to decide how to accelerate developments in the STAPLES, SB8, and Diamond economies.
Unless you are specially appointed by the Chairman or an existing USDIBS Board Director, prerequisites are that each board member have current or recent (within 5 years) US experience from one of the below areas:

- board leadership of United State's Fiduciary, Monetary, and Assurance Divisions powering 126t: the $126 trillion Qualitative Phasing Round one (1) budget
- overall planning and identification of the Department of Innovations and Beta Services (DIBS) priorities for the United States
- assist VOWAS.org fast tracking and iteration
- assist in constitutional amendments number 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 fast tracking (OR accelerating adoption into Acts for faster Global implementation)
- international collaboration with UNDIBS leadership to balance global trade, market supply and demand, and labor, while keeping inflation within accepted parameters
Through your service as a board member, you receive private pre-IPO stock in VOWAS.org and other incentives such as:
- 1,500 stock shares per hour worked
- Sign on bonuses
- other incentives as approved

- military leader (Director or General) from any branch of US military service
- government services leader (Director) from a federal or state services program
- non-profit organization leader (Executive Director) from a IRS validated and Guidestar accredited organization
