EDGE Grant
The EDGE (Economic Disaster Gap Easement) grant pays up to from 70% up to 100% of your VOWAS certificate cost. An initial requirement is that each Head of Household (with dependents) or Independent Member (without dependents) completes an online VOWAS certification to understand:

The below tables provide income eligibility standards. All or most of the cost of your VOWAS certificate can be offset with the EDGE grant if your total household adjusted gross income was less than $750,000 during your prior tax year (at date of grant registration).
If you were financially negatively affected by COVID-19 (a.k.a. Coronavirus, etc.) in the year 2020, calculate you and your household dependent’s total adjusted gross income last tax year (IRS for 1040 line 11). If your total adjusted gross income is less than one of the gross income limits below, you/your household qualifies for the corresponding EDGE grant.
